As a one-of-a-kind fitness app made for all kinds of people, Fit by me offers
people of all fitness levels the ability to personalize their home and gym
workouts. Seamlessly create your own workouts by choosing from over 800
exercises within our exercise library. You will be able to group selected
exercises into individual “blocks.” At that point, you’ll decide how many
repetitions of that “block” you would like to do. That is called a “round.” You
will be able to create as many different “blocks” as you would like within a
workout.
You will be able to narrow down your exercise searches by using our filters.
Our filters allow you to sort through exercises relative to available
equipment, difficulty level, targeted body areas, impact level, and personal
limitations and injuries.
Fit by me provides the option of utilizing our pre-made workouts. Whether
you’ve had a long day or just have a few minutes during the day, we’ve got
you! The app offers quick effective 10-minute and 20-minute workouts for
your use. We also present workouts that are 30-minutes and 45minutes for
when you have more time and/or conditioning. Similar to the personalized
workouts, the app offers filters that narrow down pre-made workouts relative
to your needs. These filters include duration, available equipment, fitness
level, as well as targeted body areas.
